Dewch i Arbed Dŵr/Let’s Save Water is the public-facing movement delivered under the Water Efficiency Campaign – an independent, evidence-based behaviour change campaign, funded collectively by 16 water companies in England and Wales through statutory obligations but delivered separately from individual water company marketing activity. It is delivered by an independently appointed Delivery Partner, operating within a clear governance framework with oversight from water companies and public interest bodies including Ofwat, Defra, the Environment Agency, the Welsh Government and Natural Resources Wales.
